With their recent installation of three 400 barrel (bbl) tanks, Madison-based brewery Ale Asylum has doubled their production capacity. Having recently begun distribution in Illinois, the craft brewery found they desperately needed to increase production capacity to keep up with rising demand both in Illinois and in their home state of Wisconsin. This expansion has also opened capacity for their first new bottled beer offering in over four years -
