Classic Gin Gin Mule 1½ oz gin ½ oz simple syrup ½ oz fresh lime juice 6 sprigs of mint Ginger beer Build all ingredients except ginger beer in mixing glass and shake well. Strain into Collins glass and top with ginger beer. Garnish with sprig of mint and lime wheel.
