- 2 oz Encanto pisco
- ½ oz demerara syrup
- 3 dashes Bittercube orange bitters
- twist of orange for garnish
Stir and strain into an Old Fashioned glass.

- 1 oz Encanto pisco
- 1 oz Domaine de Canton
- ½ oz marjoram syrup
- ½ oz lemon juice
- ¼ oz Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy reduction*
- 2 dashes Bitter Truth celery bitters
- marjoram bushel wrapped with lemon twist for garnish
Shake and double-strain over ice in a Collins glass. Place garnish.
*Shandy reduction: 1 bottle of Summer Shandy heated over medium heat with a lemon peel until reduced by about ⅔ (thin syrup consistency). |
