  • 2 oz Encanto pisco
  • ½ oz demerara syrup
  • 3 dashes Bittercube orange bitters
  • twist of orange for garnish


Stir and strain into an Old Fashioned glass.

  • 1 oz Encanto pisco
  • 1 oz Domaine de Canton
  • ½ oz marjoram syrup
  • ½ oz lemon juice
  • ¼ oz Leinenkugel’s Summer Shandy reduction*
  • 2 dashes Bitter Truth celery bitters
  • marjoram bushel wrapped with lemon twist for garnish


Shake and double-strain over ice in a Collins glass. Place garnish.

*Shandy reduction: 1 bottle of Summer Shandy heated over medium heat with a lemon peel until reduced by about ⅔ (thin syrup consistency).
