From the moment we first set foot into the Alchemist Theater on K.K. we knew this was no ordinary theater. Two of the owners, Kirk and Aaron, sat with us telling us of their exciting new place. While they don’t (as of the time of this publication) have a full bar yet, they have an incredible selection of unique beverages. So much so, in fact, that it was difficult for them to pick a drink to feature. They finally setteld on the Champagne Supernova, a variant of a classic mimosa, where the OJ is blended with fresh strawberries before mixed with the champagne.
